These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Gordianic website and any related services, including registration for a potential token distribution (the “Airdrop”).
Gordianic is currently operated as a pre-decentralized initiative. At the time of use, no legal entity may yet be incorporated. The project is coordinated by the initiator (the “Initiator”).
By accessing the website or registering, you agree to these Terms.
2. No Offer, No Investment
Nothing on this website constitutes:
- an offer of securities or financial instruments
- an offer to the public
- an invitation to invest
- financial, legal, or tax advice
Any tokens that may be distributed:
- are intended solely for governance or utility purposes
- do not represent ownership, equity, or profit rights
- have no intrinsic or guaranteed value at the time of distribution
- are not offered as an investment
You acknowledge that no expectation of profit should arise from participation.
3. Registration and Airdrop
Registration:
- is voluntary
- is for preparatory and informational purposes only
- does not guarantee participation or token distribution
Gordianic may, at its sole discretion:
- modify, postpone, or cancel the Airdrop
- change eligibility criteria
- exclude participants without notice
Participation may be restricted based on:
- legal or regulatory considerations
- jurisdiction
- technical limitations
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- compliance with laws in your jurisdiction
- ensuring participation is lawful
- safeguarding your wallet and private keys
- any tax obligations
You agree not to:
- use multiple wallets to manipulate participation
- exploit or abuse the system
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
5. Experimental Nature
Gordianic is an experimental project.
We do not guarantee:
- that any Airdrop will occur
- that tokens will be distributed
- that governance functionality will be implemented
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
6. Tokens and Governance
If tokens are distributed:
- they may initially have no functionality or rights
- governance features may be introduced later
- participation in governance depends on technical implementation
No participant is guaranteed governance rights.
7. Compliance and Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- restrict or block access
- exclude participants for compliance reasons
- deny participation in certain jurisdictions
You may not participate if:
- participation is prohibited under applicable law
- you are subject to sanctions or restrictions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Gordianic, the Initiator, and any future entity shall not be liable for:
- loss of tokens or digital assets
- technical failures or smart contract issues
- changes to the platform or protocol
- regulatory actions or restrictions
- indirect or consequential damages
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may interact with third-party services, such as wallets, IPFS gateways, and Discord.
We are not responsible for:
- their operation
- their data practices
- their availability
10. Transition to Legal Entity
A legal entity, such as a Dutch BV, may be incorporated.
Upon incorporation:
- operations may transfer to that entity
- these Terms may be updated
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
